Like most of you, if my social media is any indication, I'm consumed by the horrors being perpetrated by the US government against children, asylum seekers, fellow human beings. There are a lot of actions we can take, and I encourage you to do so - call your representatives if you're in the US, donate to immigrant advocacy organizations, march in the upcoming protests. And I also know that the things we do to restore ourselves, to experience joy and pleasure and health, are still important, even while we hold in our hearts those who are being denied the simplest human needs. In my carry-on luggage! Flying a tiny plane, so I definitely pop a couple of ginger capsules half an hour before take-off to combat motion-sickness. They help on the twisty car ride from the airport too! I added some aromatherapy aide with MOVE Earth Healing Anointing Oil on Pericardium 6 - the anti-nausea point on the inside of the forearm, two finger-widths from the wrist crease.
